AOA is equipped to meet your window and door service requirements.  It is our goal to meet all window and door needs as efficiently and timely as possible.

Warranty Service and Parts
There is a Marvin factory employed service representative who lives in the Grand Rapids area who handles all warranty work in West Michigan for the Marvin family of products. 

Milgard also handles all warranty work with a factory representative. Go to the contact page and fill out a service request.  It will be processed no later than the next business day. Warranty work will be conducted in accordance with the warranty in place at the time your products were purchased.  In the window industry many warranties were expanded around 1996 with many companies providing, at that time,10 years on parts and 20 years for seal-failure of glass (often visible as fogging).  Some warranties are transferable and some are not.  Labor and finishing are not generally covered.  Any exceptions made will be at the discretion of the manufacturer.  Any Marvin product older than 1996 will  be out of warranty for glass seal-failure and older than 1997 for all other parts.Milgard has a full lifetime guarantee for as longer as the original purchaser lives in a single family home.  There is a more limited guarantee for commercial projects or multi-family.  See the warranties below for details.

Non-Warranty service and Parts
AOA will  provide service  for non-warranty work at a charge for labor and parts.  We will work with those who want to perform the labor on their own.We are providing a direct link to the Service and Maintenance section of the Marvin website for parts as well as tips on painting, staining, cleaning, condensation and trouble-shooting problems.Give us a call  and we can usually direct you to the right place on the Marvin site.  For other products just give us a call or request service on the contact page.
